Free Corrections First
If a Texas building department returns your site plan with comments, we correct it at no charge. Standard correction turnaround is 12 hours. This is our primary remedy for submission issues — most concerns are resolved through a free correction rather than a refund.
When a Refund Applies
You may request a refund if:
- Work has not yet started on your order, or
- We are unable to complete your site plan due to a limitation on our end (e.g., we cannot obtain the jurisdictional information required to draft accurately for your property)
When a Refund Does Not Apply
Refunds are not issued for:
- Completed and delivered site plans, where the deliverable matches the project information and scope you provided
- Permit denials or delays caused by factors outside our drafting — including jurisdictional discretion, zoning variances, deed restriction disputes, or incomplete information supplied by the client
- Change-of-scope requests after delivery (these are treated as a new or amended order, not a refund case)
- Rush delivery fees, once expedited work has begun
PE Stamp Services
Once a Texas-licensed Professional Engineer has begun review or sealed a drawing, that portion of the order is non-refundable, as it reflects independent professional engineering work.
